Warranty Overview
Frame – 12‑Year Limited Warranty
Covers manufacturing defects in the spa’s structural frame under normal, stationary ground use.
Void if the frame is damaged by misuse – e.g. dropped during transport, lifted by crane, or other accidents.
Aristec Acrylic Tub – 7‑Year Limited Warranty
Protects against defects such as cracking or warping under standard, ground‐based use.
Exclusions:
Damage from misuse (e.g., jumping into spa)
Damage from excessive chemical use
Heat/sun damage is covered, but only if caused by material defects—not improper maintenance or chemical imbalance.
Skirting – 5‑Year Limited Warranty
Guards against sun and heat damage to the spa skirts.
Does not cover physical abuse – e.g., punching, falling or other misuse.
Electrical Components – 2‑Year Limited Warranty
Covers failures of electrical systems (pumps, controls, heating, etc.) under standard installation and use.
Excluded if issues arise from:
Incorrect wiring or installation
Misuse or improper chemical balance
Neglect or improper maintenance
General Terms & Conditions
Normal Use Only
Warranty applies only when the spa remains on level ground and used per manufacturer’s guidelines.
Any structural or component damage from improper installation or use voids coverage.
Misuse & Neglect
Includes heavy impacts, misuse, jumping, falls, wiring mistakes, or failing to balance water chemistry.
If misuse is confirmed, this warranty is void.
Transport & Handling
Damage from non-professional moving—like crane lifts or drops—is not covered.
Chemical Balance & Water Care
Our systems include ozone and UV sanitization, allowing reduced chemical use—yet proper maintenance remains essential.
Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from extreme chemical levels or negligent water care.
Heat & UV Exposure
Aristec acrylic and skirting are warrantied against heat/sun damage only when occurring under normal use, not misuse.
Electrical Work
Warranty only valid when installed by qualified professionals following electrical codes.
Damage or failure due to amateur wiring or improper repair work voids warranty.
Claim Process
Warranty claims must include proof of purchase, serial number, installation details, and photos of issue.
We reserve the right to inspect on-site or request the unit for diagnostics.
If a defect is confirmed under warranty terms, repair or replacement will be arranged at no charge.
Any damage found to be outside of warranty scope will require customer evaluation and cost coverage.
Limitations & Legal
This warranty covers original owner only, at the spa’s original installation address.
Does not cover incidental damages, loss of use, or other consequential losses.
Remedies are limited to repair or replacement at our discretion.
Additional limitations may apply under local consumer protection laws.
