Our tubs and spa shells are CNC- and robot-cut, not hand-cut, to guarantee perfect precision and repeatability across every model.

Robotic systems apply insulation evenly across the body — eliminating high and low spots — for superior thermal retention and minimal power consumption.

Skirts and base floors are double insulated, combining thick structural insulation with foil reflective thermal wraps, to enhance energy efficiency in any climate.

A unique multi‑axis draining machine, which rotates each spa to remove every drop of water from internal pipework — ensuring a perfectly dry and sanitary product before shipping.

Superior Plumbing with Premium Sealants

We exclusively use the renowned blue PVC glue, recognized across the industry for its strength and long-term reliability — unlike many competitors who use standard clear adhesives.

All pipe fittings are reinforced with one-way sealing valves, making component replacement easy without needing to drain the spa. This minimizes service disruptions and simplifies future maintenance.

Component Testing in Our R&D Laboratory

Every pump, jet, control panel, light, and filtration unit is lab-tested before ever being installed in a spa or ice bath.

We simulate extreme conditions — including high salt, intense UV exposure, and humidity — to verify product longevity in the tough environments of the Canary Islands and coastal Spain.
